PathPilot is a web-based route optimization and business discovery platform that helps users:

• Find nearby businesses based on location and category
• Optimize travel routes between multiple locations
• Export route information in various formats
• Access real-time business information and ratings

The Service relies on third-party data sources including Google Maps and Places API for accuracy and functionality.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Plan

PathPilot Pro ($9.99/month)

• Unlimited searches
• Advanced route optimization
• Export capabilities (PDF, CSV)
• Priority customer support

Billing Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to access the Service excessively
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

6. Data and Privacy

Route Recommendations

Route optimizations are suggestions based on available data. Always use your judgment and follow local traffic laws. We are not responsible for any issues arising from following our route recommendations.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PathPilot be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PathPilot from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by:

• In-app notification
• Website banner

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where PathPilot operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
